Gacchi Commissions

Hello, thank you so much for taking interest in my art, even if you are just checking out i hope you like what you see. Below are some examples of what i can take for commissions and also my Terms of Service.

Prices

-Lineart: $35 USD
-Rendered Portrait: $55 USD
-Rendered Half-Body: $80 USD
-Rendered Full-Body: $100 USD
-Full Illustration: $150 USD
* All prices listed are the minimun of a commission work from myself, depending on the complexity of yours i may charge extra. *Attention:
If your commission need more than one character it will cost you more depending on what category you chose, here are examples:
-Lineart: $35 + $30
-Rendered Portrait: $55 + $50
-Rendered Half-Body: $80+ $70
-Rendered Full-Body: $100 +$75
-Full illustrations are allowed to have 2 characters by default! More characters in full detail will be $85 each, just sillhouetes in the background are not considered as characters.If you have a super complex piece that you want me to do that will cost extra.
-As stated before i’ll send updates throughout the progress to ask for your feedback and need of changes.
MAJOR changes that requires hours of work, will cost you extra.

Terms of service

1. Payment:
-Commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only.
-Works intended for profit or commercial purposes may have prices and terms of service different than those listed below. Discussion must be made before-hand regarding the scope of work requested.
-Payment is upfront and processed via PayPal in $USD (United States Dollar).
-The product is a digital art piece and will not be shipped or physically delivered. Personal information will not be shared.
-Do NOT send me payments. Please wait to receive an invoice.
-You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.
-I require full payment before i start the commission, or we can do half for the sketch and the other half to continue the commission.
2. Completion time:
-Each commision will be completed between 1-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work and current queue.
-Usually the sketches will be done faster, so plese pay attention to your mailbox/DMs as i’m gonna ask your approval there. Delays in responses will delay my progress on your commission.
-My DM’s and email are ALWAYS open to answer any questions regarding your commission.
3. Alterations:
-There is no alteration fee for the sketch. After the painting process starts minor alterations are acceptable (and i will ask if you need them before finishing), MAJOR alterations will carry an additional charge depending on their impact on the piece. Fees will be decided based on the time spent to apply the change.
-I reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and complex alterations due to missing or misrepresented elements due to unclear information.
4. Cancellations:
-I, as the artist, reserve the rights to decline a commission for reasons i see fit before work is started.
Declined commissions will not be charged.
-Once the invoice is paid and i start the sketches, cancellations are no longer available. Cancellations can only be done before the invoice is paid.
5. Reposting and uses:
-The progress and full piece might be shared on my socials/portfolio, unless you ask me not to.
-If you would prefer the commission to remain private, please indicate that in your initial email/request.
Otherwise i reserve the right to share the artwork on my social media platforms.
-The commissioned work cannot be turned into NFT (Crypto art) and cannot be traded as such.
-The commissioned work cannot be used to feed generative AI of any sort.
-You are allowed to repost the commissioned work to personal socials.
-Work cannot be used for profit unless agreed otherwise. (Youtube thumbnails, Twitch Banners/artwork, etc. Are reasonable i will not charge you extra for this, only for bigger projects).
6. NSFW Commissions:
-I only do artistic NSFW, this means it’s NOT porn.
-By commissioning NSFW artwork, you confirm that you are of legal age to view such content (18+).
-For NSFW commissions involving third-party likenesses, written consent from the person depicted is required. This must be sent via email or Instagram including their name and age. If any information is falsified, i will provide all necessary details to legal authorities.
7. PRICES:

8. REMEMBER: This is a service, not a physical good and it won't be delivered physically. The commissioned work will be delivered online in full resolution.By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
